TailorSwim OS · Privacy notice for authorized users
This notice applies to authorized TailorSwim OS users who connect Google Tasks or Google Calendar. It supplements our general website Privacy Policy; it is not a notice for swimwear buyers using the public website or inquiry forms.

Who this notice covers
Google Tasks and Calendar connections are for authorized TailorSwim users inside our internal business system. They are not required to browse the public website or submit a manufacturing inquiry. A user chooses to connect a Google account and grants the permissions shown by Google.
Information processed
If an authorized TailorSwim user connects Google Tasks or Google Calendar to TailorSwim OS, the system may process task or calendar details needed for the feature the user enables. This may include titles, notes or descriptions, due dates or event times, completion or cancellation status, recurrence, attendee details, meeting links, and identifiers used to match records.
The Google authorization may request access broader than the list or calendar selected inside the system. For Google Calendar, the authorization screen may cover calendars the account can access, including permission to view, edit, share or delete calendar data.
How synchronization works
When synchronization is enabled, the system uses the selected task lists or calendar to create or update matching records in TailorSwim OS and, when export is enabled, to send selected system records to Google.
We use information received from Google APIs to provide the connected feature requested by the authorized user and its related support, security and troubleshooting.
Access and sharing
Google receives selected system records when export is enabled. Access to information in TailorSwim OS depends on the permissions assigned to authorized users. We do not sell Google API data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Disconnecting or revoking Google access stops future API access but does not automatically delete information already copied into TailorSwim OS. Some records may need to be retained for business, security or legal reasons.
Your choices and disconnection
You can revoke access through Google Account settings; an internal administrator can also disconnect the connection. You can ask us to review or delete records already stored in TailorSwim OS using the contact details below. Disconnecting does not automatically erase those copies.
Google API data use
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
